Ace Hardware is seeking an Assistant Softlines Buyer The Softlines Data Input Specialist position presents an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in maintaining precise data for our clothing and footwear departments. Engage in the core of retail operations, ensuring accuracy, while also proficiently managing a range of office tasks to uphold operational efficiency.
Responsibilities: Adjust retail pricing and costs for assigned departments Assist with receiving issues related to orders Daily data input and management Schedule reorders to vendors Set up accounts and manage orders with new vendors Support office organizational tasks Adapt to additional tasks as they arise Multitask data input alongside other office duties Requirements: Proficient in MS Excel for data input Interpret technical rules and regulations Execute precise purchasing tasks with judgment and confidentiality Maintain and prepare records and reports Provide courteous assistance to staff and public Foster effective working relationships Strong quantitative, analytical, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Flexibility to work varied hours in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k matching Employee discount Profit sharing Location: 3631 | Stan's Merry Mart
