REEDS Jewelers is excited to post this important position to join our Marketing department. REEDS is looking for a tech-savvy marketer with an interest in communicating with customers through social media channels for the role of Social Media Coordinator. This professional is responsible for executing, measuring, and optimizing REEDS' social media campaigns across several platforms. The successful candidate brings an in-depth understanding of social media, both as a user and a business manager, having used many of the platforms to post through social management tools and business interfaces.
Responsibilities Understanding KPI's and defining them specifically for social media Collaborating with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns Posting and monitoring all social media content using social media marketing tools Tracking the performance of campaigns through dashboards Staying up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness Tracking customer engagement to optimize campaign content, grow followers and encourage engagement Establishing relationships/networks of industry professionals or influencers on social media Supporting the development of an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics Suggesting new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions This position is based in the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington, NC. This role is hybrid, and the candidate should expect to be in the office at least one day a week.
