Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Social Media Manager to join our team at Fannie Mae in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategies- Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive and effective social media campaigns- Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions- Track and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management- Strong planning and organizational skills- Creativity and ability to think outside the box- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in social media analytics tools- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Passion for social media and understanding of current trends- Experience with social media advertising is a plus
