Job Description:
We're excited to invite passionate individuals to join our team at a thriving independent fine jewelry manufacturer headquartered in Andover, MA. We foster an authentic culture built on integrity, respect, and creativity. Currently, we're seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time remote position, which can be based anywhere in the US. While this role offers the flexibility of a home office, we expect engagement and collaboration during core work hours. What You'll Do:
Be the engaging "voice of Melanie Casey" across our social media platforms, establishing a recognizable presence and relatable personality within our diverse communities.
Learn and embody our customer care policies to provide accurate and supportive assistance to clients, focusing on building relationships rather than just adhering to policies.
Manage Melanie Casey's social media communities by promptly and professionally responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, while fostering positive relationships and facilitating brand growth.
Curate user-generated content (UGC), seeking permission to repost and organizing it into specified folders.
Assist in creating engaging static and video content across various social media platforms, maintaining consistency with our brand guidelines.
Track partnership requests and monitor the tone of comments, reviews, and feedback on social media platforms, reporting any trends that require management attention.

You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are adept at engaging followers while representing our brand voice.
You demonstrate patience and diplomacy in handling criticism, complaints, and negativity from our audience.
You are adaptable and stay up-to-date on social media platforms, adjusting strategies accordingly.
You exhibit creativity and can craft engaging responses to keep audiences interested and actively engaged.
You have a keen eye for visual content and can replicate brand guidelines in content creation.
You excel at problem-solving, efficiently addressing questions and concerns within the community.
You are highly organized, capable of managing multiple social media platforms and handling a high volume of requests.
You embody authenticity, fostering trust and loyalty within the community.
You are resilient and can handle negative feedback without taking it personally.
You are a collaborative team player, able to effectively communicate with different teams and social media audiences.
You maintain cultural awareness and sensitivity to avoid misunderstandings.
You are passionate about our brand and community, genuinely interested in creating meaningful
engagements.
What You Can Expect:
In your first 30 days, you'll immerse yourself in our company culture and learn about our community and customer care standards.
By day 60, you'll begin taking ownership of engagement across social media platforms and identifying opportunities for community growth.
Within 90 days, you'll fully integrate into the position, building trust and transparency between our brand and our social media community.
