  Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:
Health Insurance; Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance plans (for eligible seasonal employees after working 500 hours) Free ski passes for dependents Critical Illness and Accident plans Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage Slopeside Lounge operations including: Answer phone calls, emails and all guest inquiries Gather accurate guest information prior to arrival, make personal phone calls to future guests and confirmation emails Organize daily arrivals and departures Hire, train and manage staff Coordinate and dispatch Ski Valets/Ambassadors for ski valet, guests arriving in personal vehicles and managing the first day arrival experience Foster special relationships with guests to anticipate their needs Develop reports to share with partners on inventory and sales Knowledgeable on products available at Ski School and Ticket offices Ability to resolve guest relation and/or product issues in an expedient manner, de-fuse upset guests, and deliver exceptional service Provide ongoing feedback to Guest Services Sr. Manager regarding guest service issues and suggestions Must be able to multi task, work quickly, be versatile and flexible Work on a computer with a high degree of accuracy and efficient speed Oversee Beaver Creek specialty programs such as, First Tracks, including promotion, sales and inventory Partner with Allie's Cabin, Mountain Dining, Marketing & Strategic Alliance, and Mountain Operations to deliver the rarified experience of First Tracks Proficient on Guest Connect and Application Manager reporting and inventor functions Level 7 skiing or riding ability, to be on mountain with guests and facilitate First Tracks Create a fun and professional work experience while communicating in a courteous and respectful manner Adhere to labor and operating budget, including revenue budgets Establish personal strengths and opportunities through self-assessment and ongoing feedback from management team; participate in prescribed training throughout season Motivate and mentor direct reports in leadership development as well as performance reviews Oversee sales and closing functions following Recreational/Internal Audit documented procedures Establish relationships with strategic partners of Beaver Creek Resort Company, Vail Valley Foundation, Group Sales and V/BC Resort Properties in order to increase revenue during off-peak times Network with other Beaver Creek departments in order to provide the Experience of a Lifetime for Epic Promise guests Other Duties Include: Facilitate premium products, 4x4 tours and wine tours, for Summer Adventure Center by monitoring online sales and adjusting inventories Partner with Hiking Center and Beano's on dates and providing souvenir gifts for wine tours Collaborate with Product Ops and PSS for building/testing summer premium and activities products Work directly with Product Ops on winter product build and testing for Slopeside Lounge, First Tracks and Ski Valet Work with Marketing and DVR teams to build/edit website and online sales content for summer and winter activities Facilitate content for online confirmations for summer and winter activities Support greater Guest Services operations of Staff Lounge and Guest Service Center Act as manager resource for Ambassador team Assisted Guest Services with time & labor functions of ad hoc time and clearing exceptions Provide onboarding support as I-9 Leader for all of Skier Services and other Beaver Creek Resort hiring managers Order supplies for Ski Valet/Guest Service Center/Staff Lounge/Scanning Qualifications: Prior management experience 4-5years minimum leading people and problem solving High school diploma or equivalent - required College Degree - preferred Prior guest service experience - required Prior cash handling or sales experience - required Ability to communicate fluent effectively in English - required Proficient on Microsoft applications and POS software - required Previous RPOS experience- preferred Ability to answer questions and speak intelligently about all resort products - required Ability to stay calm in busy and stressful situations - required Attention to detail - required Commitment to excellence and high standards-required Job Specifications: Grade 25, 10-month position The budgeted range starts at $55,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. The expected pay range is Starting at $55,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
