Hiring Requirements: Must be a quick learner. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints. Must proficiently be able to read a tape measure. Work in heights. Safety equipment was provided. Perform basic arithmetic such as adding fractions. Assist supervisors and perform other duties as assigned. Ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects. Must be highly communicative with both internal and external communication. Perform and pass a drug test. Undergo a background check. Core Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): Work in, at, or on construction projects, metal building construction, sheet metal, steel erection, equipment operation, and lead/supervisor position.
