Responsibilities
• Obtain and maintain access to secure military installations• Provide safety orientations and meetings• Ensure work activities are performed according to regulations• Formulate corrective actions and investigate accidents• Stay abreast of new safety equipment and PPE recalls• Respond and assist in emergency situations• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Technical working knowledge of OSHA and EM 385 1-1• Knowledge of fall protection systems, electrical safety, etc.• Excellent communication skills• Flexible and adaptable to change• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat Pro• Medium physical workload• Valid U.S. citizenship and clean driving record• High School Diploma or Equivalent• Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Health and Safety• Professional certificates: EM385 1-1, 10 Hour OSHA card, 40 Hour OSHA card
