JOB SUMMARY Showroom Manager carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating and monitoring performance; rewarding, motivating, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. All duties are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position) Coordinate and coach theatre staff to perform the "essential functions" of their positions. Reinforce policies and procedures with theatre staff. Observe theatre staff performance and provide feedback to management for discipline and performance evaluations. Optimize theatre staff placement based on needs, call-offs, etc. Lead teams and consistently achieve results through resources. Supervise, coach and coordinate theatre staff to execute and comply with Safety protocols. Perform daily operational and administrative duties as assigned. Oversee opening and closing procedures for the theatres. Close payroll weekly for theatre staff. Work with Supervisors in preparation of the theatre staff schedule with final weekly document approval from manager. Open tickets for system support issues and follow-up for resolution. Resolve guest questions, concerns, and issues and communicate with Ticketing as needed. Listen, communicate, and work effectively with guests, associates, and supervisors in a fast-paced environment. Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts to ensure timely performance of duties. Perform other duties as directed by Entertainment management. EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year similar experience in guest focused business PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Prior experience working in a similar resort setting. Prior experience and knowledge of all theatre staff functions CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be 21 years of age or older Proof of eligibility to work in the United States KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment. Ability to have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts. Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor. Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills. Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts. Ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
