Responsibilities: Assist customers on the showroom floor Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering Support efforts of Outside Sales Associates Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met. Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing. Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information. Requirements: A college degree, or working towards a degree is helpful for this position, but comparable industry knowledge and experience would also be considered. 0-3 years of prior customer service experience preferred A successful associate will be results oriented, , able to meet goals, build relationships, and enjoy a team environment. Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills Cheerful personality for phone/in-person sales Ambition to succeed General digital literacy Self-Motivator Ability to multi-task Passion, courtesy and articulation Ability to learn quickly Service minded, ambitious and congenial This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 annually.
