Responsibilities Graduate from our premier agent training course - PLACE Agent Launch Work alongside Buyer's Agents to guide their clients to their new home Gather detailed information to refine clients' search criteria Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week Participate in weekly team meetings, activities, and script practice Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, time-blocking, training, and calls Utilize PLACE business platform technology to leverage your time and maintain accountability Qualifications You are growth-minded and intrinsically motivated and energized by working with people.
