Shop Coordinator

Go Fast Manufacturing in New London, WI is looking for one shop coordinator to join our 35 person strong team. We are located on N3752 Drier Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Shop Coordinator Full Time: Mon-Thurs 6:00am- 4:30pm

Job Duties: Picks and stages jobs for assembly department prior to build being started. Picks parts per job lists and stages them in assembly bays. Communicates effectively with production supervisor on any missing components for builds during the check in process and other information as needed in a timely manner. Provides data to assemblers on staging information as needed Update inventory locations of jobs in ERP system Update inventory locations of stock in the ERP system Operate forklift Move components from departments to shelf locations when completed and close out the jobs in ERP system. Assist with purchase orders Assist with processing jobs and part orders Assist with various inventory and shop duties as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
