Shop Administrator

Perform various administrative duties to process shop invoices and maintain shop inventory in an efficient and professional manner.*Key Responsibilities:*Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles.Maintain shop inventory.Process all repair orders in a timely manner.Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock.Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.Assist with Accounts Payable.Perform other job-related duties as assigned*Requirements:*• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*Knowledge of basic computer skills required.Familiarity with JD Edwards AS400 systems desired.Organization and data entry skills.Proficient with I-PAK and/or TMW systems.*Physical/Mental Demands:*Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear and use hands and fingers.Visual Requirements: include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.*Working Conditions:*Work in front of computer terminal 90% of the time.Noise level is moderate.Work in indoor office environment 95% of the time.#GFLTalentWe thank you for your interest.
