• Lead each shift and work alongside a team of baristas• Deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products• Influence and guide others, maintain an encouraging team environment, and grow leadership skills
Requirements
• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment• At least 1 year of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers• Knowledge of the retail environment• Effective oral communication skills• Strong interpersonal skills• Ability to work as part of a team
