Responsibilities
• Lead by example and ensure smooth operation of each shift• Follow open/close procedures and ensure employees take breaks• Complete daily tasks and maintain cleanliness• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone• Connect and help others with a positive and upbeat attitude
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred• 1-2 years previous customer service experience preferred• Previous Supervisor experience preferred• Excellent communication skills• Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities• Passion for connecting and helping others• Positive and upbeat attitude• Physical requirements: standing for prolonged periods, repetitive cleaning, light lifting (up to 50lbs)
