Responsibilities
• Ensure mechanics are trained and performing according to safety, production, and quality standards• Promote open communication and provide necessary information to employees• Continuous evaluation and improvement of the Sheet Metal department• Assign objectives and provide feedback to employees• Training and onboarding of new team members• Ensure resources and materials are available to mechanics• Meet or exceed production goals• Lead communication meetings• Ensure quality standards are adhered to• Coach and counsel employees who fail to meet standards• Promote sustainability and proactively reduce waste• Support a culture of innovation
Requirements
