16 years of age or older. Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High school diploma/GED. Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role in retail/restaurant industry. Ability to lift and carry 10-55 pounds. Work flexible schedule including opening/closing of restaurant and weekend availability. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Confident problem-solver. Team player. Responsibilities of a Shift Leader:
Supervise employees, assign duties, and create a shift schedule. Monitors team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently. Reports any issues that arise during the shift to management. Manages employee tasks. Ensures compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards. Coaches team members and trains new staff. Opens and closes registers, accounting for the daily intake, and preparing cash deposits. Handles customer issues and employee disputes.
