Responsibilities
• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities• Offering immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs• Assisting in training of new hires and acting as a role model• Being a friendly and encouraging team player• Opening and/or closing shifts, being a key holder• Counting drawers and finalizing the day• Excellent communication skills• Ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service• Managing Team Member behavioral and performance issues• Working in a physically demanding role
