We are looking for Front of House Shift Leaders.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is prefered.
Must be available for full-time employment for the next twelve months.
Experience with Toast Point of Sale systems is a bonus!
Shift leaders will also train as FOH general staff and will perform a dual role, sometimes supervising staff, other times working as a server but always upholding the highest standards of service and coaching. A Bit About Us
Under the Sun is an offshoot of the Famous Mountain Sun Pub on Pearl Street, a Boulder institution since 1993. With that said we are not your typical brew pub! Our goal is to provide upscale service and a chef driven menu, inspired by the seasons and utilizing locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. - You will develop your co-workers and help to build our team through regular coaching and feedbacks
- You will interact with customers and ensure that they recieve perfect service by embracing a "yes we can" mentality
- You will handle cash and perform tip payouts for all employees
- You will perform closing walkthroughs of both the dining room and the kitchen on a nightly basis
- As a key holder you will be responsible for closing the restaurant after service Your Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision after 60 days

Pay is $16.77 an hour plus tips! (Average Pay $30 to $35 an hour)
