Your responsibilities include: Excel in all roles within the restaurant- cashier, grill, prep, and beyond. Manage crew members and direct daily operations, including opening or closing the store Ensure food preparation is completed, manage employee breaks and shift changes, and complete shift summary reports Ensure company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance Comply with local health and safety codes and company safety and security policies Motivate, coach, and assist in training crew members Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction Train to gain the skills and experience necessary for promotion to Assistant Manager or General Manager Other duties as assigned by management What You Bring to the Table: Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic business math, computer, and internet skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Adaptability in any situation Ability to stand on hard surfaces for long periods in hot or cold temperatures Ability to lift supplies and materials up to 30 lbs.
