JOB LOCATION – Bloomer, WI

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Night Shift (6pm-6am, 2-2-3 schedule)
STARTING PAY – $28-32/hour DOE (plus $2.50/hour night shift differential) = Up to $34.50/hour BENEFITS – Extremely competitive
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 3 years of related experience
DUTIES :
Overseeing the operation and output of assigned production lines, ensuring efficiency and quality. Supervising designated shift employees, focusing on employee engagement and retention. Driving accountability and motivation within the team, delegating tasks effectively to meet departmental goals. Facilitating effective communication between departments and management to foster teamwork. Championing a culture of engagement during shift huddles and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Collaborating with teammates to achieve safety goals and ensure compliance with safety standards. Coordinating training, policies, and procedures for the shift, tracking employee progression and cross-training. Handling shift-level administrative tasks and facilitating employee performance reviews. Collaborating with quality control personnel to maintain high-quality standards. Analyzing production schedules and setting production requirements, estimates, and outputs. Ensuring compliance with BRCGS/ISO/GMP standards and coordinating production start-ups, shut-downs, and changeovers. Scheduling staff appropriately for production needs and adhering to production schedules. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS: A High School Diploma or equivalent; a combination of degree and experience may be considered. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to individuals at all organizational levels. Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and sound decision-making skills. Strong work and personal ethics, with the ability to maintain professionalism. Familiarity with inventory management systems and the ability to analyze production documents. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. SAFETY: Prioritize safety and health concerns in all activities, following company guidelines and participating in safety processes. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and housekeeping, promptly reporting any unsafe conditions or behaviors. Ensure production volume and efficiency while producing quality materials for our customers. Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance safety and efficiency.
