SharePoint Programmer Analyst Location St. Louis, MO : Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Online Developer with expertise in customizing SharePoint functionality to work with our client. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement customized SharePoint Online solutions tailored to meet client specifications and business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and development tasks. Develop custom SharePoint components, including web parts, workflows, forms, and templates, to enhance functionality and user experience. Integrate SharePoint Online with Maximo and Laserfiche systems to enable data exchange and workflow automation. Implement security measures and access controls to safeguard sensitive information within SharePoint environments. Conduct testing and debugging of SharePoint solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and stakeholders as needed. Meeting with the design team to review website and application requirements. Configuring the Intranet SharePoint site to specified requirements. Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#. Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications. Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies. Testing and debugging code. Reviewing website interface and software stability. Troubleshooting site incidents with root cause and resolution analysis. Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications. Providing systems training to staff and customers as needed Stay updated on latest SharePoint Online features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions. Tableau/Power BI report writing skill are required for organization wide compliance and operational reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer, with a minimum of 4 years working specifically with SharePoint Online. Strong proficiency in SharePoint Online development tools and technologies, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs. Experience integrating SharePoint Online with Maximo and Laserfiche systems using APIs or other integration methods. Solid understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, security models, and governance principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate or similar certification. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
