We are currently seeking a Messaging Services Advisor to join our team in Wallingford, Connecticut (US-CT), United States (US).
Job Level Specific Duties
Is a level 3 who has skills in MS Exchange; Skype for Business and Windows Server Administration to keep the system environment stable Develop Scripts that will help automate activities in terms of alerts and reports Work on messaging (email) tools / applications hosted by third party vendors Keeps abreast of new technology and make recommendations as to how best to utilize the new technology for the benefit of our customers. Proactively assesses exposure areas and takes steps to reduce vulnerabilities. Prescribes system backup / disaster recovery procedures and directs recovery operations in the event of destruction of all or part of the operating system or other system components. Skills
Essential: 5+ years' experience in implementing and supporting an MS Exchange 2016 and 2019 environment Hands on experience implementing and supporting High Availability solutions. Microsoft Certified Exchange 2016 / 2019 administrator, MCSE certification required Excellent knowledge of SMTP and other routing protocols Airwatch Administration MS Exchange and Windows Server Security Management practices: System Hardening and implementing security policies, procedures and guidelines Manage the CAS/HUB load balancer using Hardware load balancers Good communication and presentation skills Administration of Windows server 2016 and above infrastructure. Level 3 troubleshooting skills Build Windows Servers and Clustering Strong understanding of enterprise system and network management systems. Understand and follow ITIL processes including Change & Configuration, Problem, Incident and Service Readiness and other SOP ( Standard Operating Procedures) Preferred: Experience in Rightfax Applications. Familiarity with Cisco UCS and x86 hardware architecture Has work experience in a multi team and matrix environment Hands on experience on VMWARE

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is (HOURLY RATE 20 TO 22). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
