The candidate will be a part of a team of specialists providingapplicationsupport,developingsolutions, visualizations and identifying opportunities toautomateprocesses for the Cyber Security Operations teams.Responsibilities:Customizing the ServiceNow Security Incident Response application to fit business needs.Writing, modifying, and debugging JavaScript code for ServiceNow rules and scripts.Leading and driving collaboration across CISO teams as a member of the Automation and Tooling team.Implement mechanisms to feed data sources into repositories from multiple sourcesSupport general technology break / fix requestsPerform migration activities Dev/UAT/ProdCoordinate Service Catalog options, including two-step checkout, cart controls, and variablesInvestigate performance issues, learn troubleshooting tools, and use system logs to identify issuesCreate User Interface customizations for forms, lists and UI actionsImplement Core configuration changes to the platform and supporting applicationsReview system logs for system activity (i.e., Workflow, Configuration, Transaction, Email, Events, and System and Upgrade logs)Configure ServiceNow with different 3rd party integrations using REST and SOAP API callsCreate and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other servicesConduct tasks related to feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, model development, and establish and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs or user areasMonitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business usersUtilize in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, provide evaluation of business process, system process, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgementRecommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionalityConsult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systemsEnsure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processesServe as advisor or coach to new or lower level analystsHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:4+ years relevant experience2+ years writing code in JavaScriptExperienced with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations.Basic understanding of security aspects of multiple platforms, OS's, software, network protocols, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.Practical experience with agile methodologies/toolsExperience providing ServiceNow Architect solutions to support the best practice needed to deliver business requirementsWeb Development with focus in ServiceNow platform and responsible for ITIL/ITSM System Administrator functionsExperience in creating Users, roles, groups and updating the user and group table recordsHands on experience in ServiceNow Web App/Platform/SAASExperience with creating workflows for Service Catalog items in ServiceNowExperienced in User Management to add, update and deactivate users in ServiceNowExperience in Server Script (Business Rules/Script Include) and Server/Client APIExperience in loading assets into ServiceNow from third party system using Web Services and Import SetsExperience with either Java or C#Experience writing SQL queries.Preferred Qualifications:2+ years of cyber security technical support3+ years working in a systems development job function.3+ years of automation solutions and deploymentExperience working in a Scrum/Agile frameworkServiceNow development and customization according to industry best practicesExperience with Flow Designer - Flows, Subflows, and ActionsServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customization;
