The candidate will work directly with key clients to capture business and user requirements and communicate those requirements to the platform team. This role will define detailed stories and epics, with applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and CDIs development team and facilitate meetings with internal technical and operational teams.

Role and Responsibilities:
Collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs from which ServiceNow solutions are developed.
Develop a thorough understanding of requirements and assist the project team in applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to help design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.
Assist the technical team in translating application functionality into application architecture and the production of a business functionality requirements statements, including documenting workflows.
Write stories, with acceptance criteria and functional testing procedures, in accordance with agile best practice guidelines.
Understand complex business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and help recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered
Required Skills
6+ years' experience in a Business Analysis role
3+ years' experience with ServiceNow in an analyst role, ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) a plus
Demonstrated ability to form and maintain productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to influence clients and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
