Service Writer

3 DAY WEEKEND!
Service writing experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities: Create a positive initial contact with customers, in person and on the phone. Ensure that all service phone calls are handled professionally. Work closely with Owner to schedule service repairs. Perform additional duties as required. Primary Duties: Open work orders. Discuss service issues with customer and create an accurate description of customer's concerns and requests. Determine method of payment. Maintain communication with customer as necessary during the repair process. Close repair orders. Ability to work with customers in a variety of situations. Good written and oral communication skills. Adequate computer skills.
