Conduct meetings with external adjusters to finalize repair plans, aligning with customer needs. Efficiently manage sublet work and establish realistic completion timelines with fellow estimators. Take on additional duties as assigned to contribute to the smooth operation of the collision shop. Requirements: Proven experience as a Service Writer or Estimator in collision repair. Proficiency in estimating software such as Audatex, CCC ONE, or Mitchell. Thorough understanding of OEM repair procedures and industry standards. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision in estimating. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong organizational skills for managing concurrent projects. Familiarity with automotive parts and procurement processes. Adaptability to evolving technologies and methodologies.
