What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca-Cola?Visit customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca-Cola beverage equipment provided to customers for resale of Coca-Cola products. Responsible for the transportation, installation, removal, and repair (as needed) of fountain beverage dispensers, vendor and cooler equipment as assigned. Works under limited supervisionResponsibilitiesDiagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment ( e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) and other beverage equipment to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs. Move or remove equipment as requiredTravel to and from customer locations in assigned areaEffective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associatesUpon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work areaBy use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activityCorrectly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies)Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value).
