Service Technician

Job summary

Responsibilities
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment• Load and unload shipments• Accept deliveries and confirm inventory• Inspect inventory for damages and faults• Communicate errors to relevant parties• Mark and label stock• Store inventory in accessible manner• Load and wrap stock on pallets• Handle logistics (quoting, shipping, receiving)• Perform maintenance and provide customer support• Diagnose problems and come up with repair solutions• Order parts for repairs if needed• Fill out detailed reports and keep records of services performed• Explain equipment issues and repairs to customers• Build and maintain relationships with customers• Install equipment on-site (maximum business trips 1-2 days)• Retrieve equipment from customers and bring to service headquarters• Perform training for customers and employees• Complete mockups in service headquarters• Lead mockup training• Complete implementation processes
Requirements
• 18 years of age or older• High School Diploma• Ability to read schematics and electrical drawings• Valid driver's license• Physically strong, agile, dexterous, and undeterred by heights• Availability to work extended hours• Availability to travel 20-30%• 2-3 years' experience preferred
