Job Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Additional Quarterly Bonus Performance Opportunity
Requirements:
1.) 3+ years experience in Operational / Performance Management in Customer Service
2.) Supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, distribution, etc. strongly preferred
3.) Strong level + acumen of visionary leadership
4.) Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
5.) College Degree preferred (or equivalent)

What You Will Be Doing As the Service Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee and manage small team operations and employees including performance management, leadership and directional execution
- Manage and grow our Service model and support Key Account Managers via ride-alongs, leading team meetings, supporting key client installs and service delivery expectations are met / exceeded
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training +work hand-in-hand with Service Manager on Service Delivery initiatives What You Need for this Position Requirements:
