Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts to achieve company goals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our organization. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets Identify and target potential customers in the market Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development -HVAC knowledge Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Knowledge of technology sales is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients Self-motivated with a strong drive for results Experience with outside sales is a plus We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
