As the West Region Service Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our sales team in the West, driving sustainable and profitable growth within Electrification services, Marketing & Sales. Your focus will be on promoting high-value service solutions, emphasizing Advisory Services, Retrofits/Upgrade solutions, and aftermarket parts. This is a fully remote position, requiring residence in California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing solution sales activities, both directly with end customers and through channels.
Collaborating closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive service pursuits and progress.
Developing BDM expertise in targeted service solutions.
Ensuring tight coordination with ComOps & Application Engineering Leader on customer and application focus.
Managing sales activities to achieve strategic profitable growth and predictable forecasting.
Developing services sales plans and coordinating region marketing needs.
Maintaining and expanding customer relationships, ensuring customer loyalty through excellent service.
Meeting or exceeding assigned sales budget in targeted services business segment.
Interface with large End User accounts to ensure consistent global support at a local level.
Driving sales activities and account plans through SFDC (salesforce.com).
Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Identifying emerging opportunities, threats, and potential partnerships to enhance our position.
Supporting Product Management & Marketing teams with specific value propositions.
Your background should include:
Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) with 12 years of relevant sales/business development experience OR Associate degree (Technical preferred) with 14 years of relevant experience.
Sound knowledge of Industrial Users including an understanding of customer needs and decision-making processes.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and SFDC.
Proven track record in exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 35%.
Candidates must have work authorization permitting employment in the US.

Salary:
While base salary is determined by qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $136,400 and $227,600 annually and is bonus-eligible.
