Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a role available in the Greater St. Louis Area! We are looking for a Service Repair Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for installing equipment and assisting customers by providing excellent service. We service preventive maintenance for our customers who lease or rent dish machines and also purchase chemical products for laundry, housekeeping, and kitchen applications from Imperial Dade. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. This role may require some overtime.

Service and repair commercial cleaning equipment Be responsible for the preventative maintenance and reactive repairs of commercial cleaning, warewash/laundry, housekeeping, machines, and dispensers. Maintain up to date records of services performed; Log all competed service orders. Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with assigned accounts Perform all other duties as assigned by department manager as well as senior management. You have:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience servicing the food service and hospitality industry Minimum of 1-year Electrical experience Minimum of 2 years of experience with various makes of commercial dishwashers and dispensing equipment and installations 2 years clear MVR High standard of workmanship and professionalism Good troubleshooting ability Excellent communication skills Understanding of principles of operation of dish machines and laundry machine functions Proficiency with computer applications and use, email, etc. We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,100 employees to wo rk, learn, and grow professionally.
