As a Service Receptionist at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon, you will be an integral part of our service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, warmly greeting visitors, and providing support with administrative tasks. We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual who can join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time employment if there are no other commitments to work around.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate service team members. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and approachable demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our service reception area. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing service records and documents. Schedule service appointments, ensuring efficient coordination with service technicians and advisors. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing exceptional service and resolving any concerns or issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service reception area and customer waiting areas. Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. Qualifications:
Age requirement: 18 years old and up. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and customer-oriented attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to handle phone calls professionally, demonstrating patience and a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including Saturday hours with one Saturday off a month. Availability to work until 9 PM (till close) two or three nights a week.
