BMW of Bridgeport has an opening for full-time service receptionist. Seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with an upbeat personality who is detail-oriented. Must have a professional appearance and be able to work well on a team!Must have exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal communication, customer service and multi-tasking skills. Play a key role in maintaining the stores' reputation and image while showing a strong desire to serve our client's needs. Ideal candidates will have the ability to be flexible in a fast paced team-oriented work environment, are driven to succeed and learn.Responsibilities:Take payment from customers who are picking their vehicle up from serviceAssist customers in any aspect of conversation in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner while delivering a premium customer service experienceClose and file repair ordersAssist the service advisors with payments and paperworkKeep the front desk organizedKeep the customer waiting area tidy and stockedManage all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when neededAnswer the phones and schedule service appointmentsPerform basic administrative and other duties as assignedProvide support to service / sales / parts staff and managers as neededExcellent problem solving and decision making skillsBe dependable and punctualQualifications:Working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeOne year previous receptionist experience is preferredOne year previous cashiering experience is preferredHigh School Graduate or equivalentMust be at least 18-years-oldPass a 7 year criminal background check and drug screenBi-Lingual not required, but preferred
