Service Manager

We are excited to invite one successful candidate to join our family, here at The Twisted Tail. We are a privately owned family restaurant, bar and music venue, specializing in progressive American cuisine, American whiskey and Americana music. We operate with a dedicated and close-knit team of individuals, who all come together to deliver a clear and memorable branded experience for our guests.
As our Service Manager, you would be responsible for running the day to day of service operations. From managing employees, to ensuring a great guest experience, to financial responsibilities and facilities security. You would be a leader among our team, directing the energies, enthusiasm and ethics of our employees. As such you must be able to come on board with a positive attitude and take ownership of the restaurant and your role from day one.
As a member of a management team of 4, you will be expected to have an influential voice and be part of the further development and success of the restaurant.
Compensation Package:
- Full time salary
- Paid vacation time, from day one, with 2 weeks within the first year
