Job summary
Toyota Service Manager needed for growing Service Department at White's Honda Toyota of Lima.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Combine strong technical skills with people skills to ensure high level of customer service within the department.• Drive profitability and CSI within the service department, meeting internal and manufacturer goals.• Ensure customer follow-up through management of Service Advisors and technicians, as well as personally dealing with customer issues.• Play an active role in recruitment, interviewing, selection, and development of the service team.• Assist the Fixed Operations Director in overall success of the store, including meetings, on-the-job training, and reporting.• Assist the Company in meeting safety and OSHA compliance standards.• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company's expectations for interactions with customers, co-workers, subordinates, and vendors.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive field.• Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred.• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.• Fast learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team.• Computer literate and able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.• Valid driver's license and High School Diploma.• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
