$5000 SIGNING BONUS *Must have experience in Pest Control or with Pesticides We're seeking a qualified Full-Time Pest Service Manager to s upervise, train, and evaluate technicians while planning, coordinating, and initiating company operations, policies, and procedures while upholding Fox Pest Control's core values in all duties.

Work closely with the branch manager and office personnel Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians Plan, coordinate, and initiate company policy and procedures Manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling at least 10+ individuals Effectively delegate responsibility and authority to others Effectively incorporate Fox Pest Control's core values within the Branch Perform other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For Must have experience in pest control or with pesticides Minimum of 2+ experience in leadership Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations Previous sales management experience is preferred Exceptional customer service and retention skills Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills, including route management Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties Required to obtain a commercial pesticide license Equal Employment Opportunity: To provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at Fox Pest Control will be based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
