Our Technology Business Management Division/Enterprise Service Management Section is seeking an Information Technology Specialist I (IT Spec I) to join our Software Asset Management (SAM) team.
The selected candidate for this position will serve as a process engineer responsible for supporting the maintenance and operational activities related to one or more of the following Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes: Service Level Management, Service Catalog Management, Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM), Change Management (CHGM), and/or Release and Deployment Management (RDM). As a technical subject matter expert (SME), the person who fills this position will educate and guide internal/external stakeholders through the associated policies and processes, while supporting critical IT projects as needed. The role requires extensive interaction with management and collaboration with various team members throughout the organization.
