Responsibilities

Requirements
• Minimum bachelor's degree required• Minimum of 3 years of experience• Certification in ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001 preferred• Knowledge of cloud platforms and key technologies• Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management tools• Understanding of DevSecOps transformations• Knowledge of IT Asset and Configuration Management principles• Familiarity with Service Management and Operations processes in ServiceNow• Experience in developing and re-engineering IT processes and controls• Knowledge of IT Financial Management and cost optimization
