Responsibilities
• Provide customer service and sales assistance to customers• Achieve sales goals and establish personal income goals• Follow up on sales leads and negotiate prices• Maintain knowledge of auto inventory and deliver vehicles to customers• Build and maintain relationships with guests• Review and analyze actions to plan more effectively• Conduct walk-arounds and accompany guests on test drives• Introduce customers to service department personnel• Assist guests with leasing and financing
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information• Valid state driver's license• Excellent communication skills• Proficiency with Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Social Media• Ability to meet sales quotas and work in the USA• Strong work ethic and interest in a long-term position• Professional appearance and integrity
