Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:30pm
Primary Job Function: Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Maintain clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers apprised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information. Assist technicians with quoting repairs as needed. Ordering parts and receiving PO's. Staging parts as needed to technicians.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or its equivalent 2+ years customer service, administrative or scheduling experience Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Proficient using Microsoft Office Products Positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional and energetic communication Ability to multitask and problem solve effectively Strong follow up skills and detail oriented Conduct self in a professional manner always Previous dispatch or schedule coordination experience preferred Service Titan experience preferred service, service dispatcher, dispatcher, customer service, scheduling, appointment scheduler, customer rep, admin, administrative assistant, administrative person, receptionist, hvac dispatcher, dispatch, technical, green company, team, coordinator, service coordinator, call scheduler, answer phones, service customers, team coordinator
