Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote assistance to our managed services clients, ensuring swift resolution of technical issues and inquiries.
Respond promptly to client service requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical challenges.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency support, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members in disaster recovery and emergency situations, contributing to effective solutions.
Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks for client networks, including application updates, platform upgrades, and patching.
Thoroughly document all actions taken and resolutions achieved to maintain clear records and facilitate continuous improvement.
Experience:
Preferred prior experience in the technology industry, particularly in supporting Microsoft-based workstations.
Strong written communication skills essential for concise documentation of processes, issues, and resolutions.
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency to meet client needs.
