Adrenaline Driven Adventures is Western Colorado''s fastest-growing adventure rental and tour company! We are the only Polaris Adventures Outfitter for the entire area and are expanding quickly. Previous office experience is required as well as some familiarity with UTVs/ATVs & Dirt Bikes, Snowmobiles, Trucks, Trailers & other Fleet Vehicles.
Hours: Opening and Closing Shifts, Full-Time, Seasonal Hours Scaled back from November-February.
Pay: $18-$28/hour based on experience
Responsibilities Required Silver or Gold Certification for Polaris (Slingshot, UTV & Snowmobile) Knowledge of working & servicing a variety of Dirt Bikes brands, makes & models. Fleet Administrator and Coordinator Assist with Service Department calls & inquiries Monthly KPI Meetings Mechanic commissions audit: to be implemented Manage Recoveries with Dan's Towing & ADAC Manage and assist with Machine Rescues & towable rentals Perform damage inspections and reports on all machines Damage report follow-up with customers Track and manage unit issues, resolve and understand Bill and notify customers of damages through email and phone call Submit work orders to ADAC & Polaris Follow up on submitted damage reports to Polaris Ability to work on all machine types/jobs Track, Manage and prioritize fleet work for maintenance, damage repair, warranty, recovery Maintain company vehicles and equipment Forecast and order shop and rental fleet inventory needed Authorize the purchase of parts from local dealers Recognize monthly Polaris Parts invoices Manage and complete work orders Work on customer vehicles Perform maintenance & service schedules Keep workstation, shop, and surrounding areas clean Shop tools/supplies inventory and maintenance Receive and coordinate the arrival and disposition of machines & machine transfer requests from Polaris Attend trade shows and sponsored events Maintain vendor relationships Social group memberships and responses Important qualities/skills to have: Gold or Silver Polaris Certifications (UTVs, Slingshots, Snowmobiles) Dirt Bike Mechanic Reliable Great communicator Flexible with work hours Safety conscientious Able and willing to drive UTV/ATVS/Dirt Bikes/Snowmobiles/Trucks & Trailers Confident in making decisions Able to work independently and with a team Tech Savvy Organizational Skills Requirements: Gold or Silver Polaris Certification Drivers License Reliable form of transportation Must be able to lift 25 pounds Previous Management Experience Benefits: Advancement opportunities Discounts on offered brands Equipment use benefits By applying to this job, you agree to receive periodic text messages from this employer and Homebase about your pending job application.
