Service Coordinator

Great position to work in the Customer Service Department. Monday - Friday 8AM to 4:30 PM. Salary $20-$23/hour.
Duties:
Mark outbound and receive inbound customer calls.
Responsible for answering customer questions and inquiries.
Data Entry
Knowledge with shipping and returns is helpful.
Confirm and create costumer orders.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities, effective decision making in high pressure situations
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
Ability to work well in a team environment
Proficient in using computer systems and software for customer service tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
