The Opportunity: Administrative in nature, the Service Assistant is a key support role in ensuring Hylant's client-facing teams are operating smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and diligent in follow-through. This role requires the ability to prioritize, multi-task, check work for accuracy, and operate within Microsoft Excel and Word.
Are You A Match? A qualified applicant must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A college degree and/or business office experience is preferred. Relevant industry certifications are a plus. Strong listening, written and oral communication skills are necessary. A passionate work ethic and desire to learn and grow will be essential to succeed in this position. Must be willing/able to obtain Property & Casualty licensure within 90 days of hire.
In This Role You Will Execute On: Provide prompt, accurate and thoughtful service to internal and external clients. Maintain accurate client records with proper use of agency management systems. Produce accurate and thorough documents within the Microsoft Office product suite. Assist in researching new business information. Why Hylant?
