Complete online multi-point inspection reportExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsREQUIREMENTS:Are a fast learnerHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsHave excellent customer service skillsAre a team playerAre computer literateHave a valid driver's licenseRESPONSIBILITIES:Greet customers promptlyObtain customer and vehicle informationClearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customerDetermine and recommend needed maintenance based on the age, mileage, and history of the vehiclePrepare a complete and accurate estimate of the cost for labor and partsEstablish follow up timeMonitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequentlyVerify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair orderExplain all completed work and charges to customersREQUIREMENTS:Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer SatisfactionPast experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a mustAbove average energy levelA desire for a long term career with a growing organizationPersonal and professional integrityADP computer experience a plusLaramie Range Ford is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
