HW Kia is looking for a Service Advisor. We have an amazing team of Advisors and are looking for one more. Prior experience is a must. We are looking for someone with a great attitude and the ability to handle themselves under pressure. This is not a write it up and forget it type service drive. Candidate must possess the ability to handle their business from start to finish. The Advisor is responsible for booking their own warranty and customer pay tickets. They are responsible for all 3rd party tracking and collection of payments. This is a high paying Advisor position; however, it is a lot of work. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
