Responsibilities
• Own the customer's experience in the service lane• Function as a liaison between technicians and customers• Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane• Communicate effectively with diverse individuals• Maintain and develop relationships with customers• Refer to service history and inspect vehicles• Communicate with technicians to determine repairs• Provide written cost estimates for labor and parts• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance• Maintain a professional work area and appearance
Requirements
• Strong written and verbal skills• Understanding of basic automotive techniques• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Basic computer competencies• Time management skills• Ability to manage difficult customer situations• Valid driver's license• Able to pass background check and drug screen
