Responsibilities
• Understand collective company-wide goals as well as departmental and individual goals• Maintain existing customer base and act as account manager for specific accounts• Pursue new avenues of revenue generation by leveraging existing relationships and developing new ones• Maintain targeted revenue level of preventative maintenance agreements• Collaborate with all departments to identify growth opportunities• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships• Prepare information for transitioning sales to service operations• Notify service manager of customer-related issues
Requirements
• 3+ years of mechanical service and/or facility service industry experience• Up-to-date knowledge base through personal and professional development• Experience with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word docs• High level of communication skills required• Previous account management/sales experience preferred
