Job Overview: North Star is currently accepting applications for the position of Server Supervisor. This role has management responsibilities that will occasionally offer opportunities to serve and bartend as well. We are open to discussing both full-time and part-time positions for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years of serving experience and the ability to effectively manage a team.
As a Server Supervisor, you will be responsible for serving customers, managing shifts, and performing various office tasks such as writing schedules, assisting with inventory, and training new staff members. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills while continuing to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
